SMSF Compliance - Financial Statements & Tax Return

 We will prepare the annual financial statements and income tax return for your Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF). This includes:

   -Preparing the financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and SMSF legislation. The financial statements will provide information on the financial position and performance of your SMSF over the financial year.
    -Completing and lodging the SMSF annual return with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). The annual return includes detailed information on your fund's assets, member contributions, income tax position and compliance with superannuation law.
    -Calculating any tax payable by your SMSF and advising you on the amount and due date for payment. We will also lodge your fund's income tax return with the ATO.
    -Conducting an audit of your SMSF where required under legislation. As your tax agent, we will engage an authorized SMSF auditor to review your fund's financial statements and compliance with superannuation law.

Our service ensures your SMSF meets all financial statement, income tax and regulatory lodgment obligations for the financial year.

  

Full Buyers Agency service

 We will act as your exclusive Buyer's Agent to source suitable investment properties that match your buying criteria. This includes contacting real estate agents, attending inspections, analyzing properties, negotiating purchase terms, and providing advice through the full buying process.

Our service continues until you have purchased a property or the retainer is exhausted, whichever comes first. The retainer amount will be credited towards our full fee upon a successful purchase. If no suitable property is found, the retainer is non-refundable.

This retainer locks us in as your exclusive Buyer's Agent for the search area outlined in our Buyer's Agency Agreement. We will leverage our local market knowledge, relationships with agents, and property expertise to find you the right investment property at the best price.
